Katerina joined 3i in November 2023 and is an Associate Director in the Infrastructure team based in London. She is responsible for the origination and execution of new investments in Europe, as well as supporting the activities of portfolio companies including Ionisos, Oystercatcher and Global Cloud Xchange.

Before joining 3i, Katerina worked at STAR Capital where she was involved in the execution and portfolio management of myflexbox, SkyFive, Synergy LMS and the Windlogix. Before STAR, she worked in advisory and principal investment teams at Macquarie Capital.

Katerina holds an MSc in Accountancy and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
