Approach

We are a leading mid-market infrastructure investor, focused on investing in core-plus assets with strong infrastructure characteristics, with a top decile investment track record of almost 18 years and c.€7bn AUM.

We typically make investments of €150m - €300m in companies, taking control positions, and target mid-teen investment returns.

We look for attractive risk-reward profiles in companies with strong infrastructure characteristics which we look to enhance over time.

The companies we invest in benefit from attractive growth dynamics and are supported by a variety of megatrends including digitalisation, the energy transition, demographic change and renewing essential infrastructure.

Once invested, we actively work with management to drive sustainable growth and deliver exceptional returns, by optimising strategy, strengthening governance and identifying accretive growth opportunities.

Our third-party funds consist of public and private funds and an established co-investment programme.
