3i Press Statement

3i, an international leader in private equity, confirms that it has divested its small equity stake in Venture Production Plc.

3i has been a long term supporter of the company, investing from shortly after foundation of the company in 1997, and again since August 2006 via its CH4 investment. 

3i has divested its minority stake above its valuation at 31 March 2009.
