Our Limited Partners comprise leading international sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pension funds, financial institutions, endowments and foundations.
We invest in mid-market companies operating across Europe and North America with an enterprise value up to €500m.
We specifically focus on situations where we can help a company to expand internationally, using 3i’s local office and contact networks.
We currently manage three third party private equity funds, all of which are closed to new investors, and we raise deal by deal co-investment for selected deals.

Our formal quarterly reporting is produced in compliance with the Invest Europe Reporting Guidelines and regular updates are provided on a timely basis following any new investment, realisation or significant portfolio development.
