Saty joined 3i in 2022 as a member of its North America Private Equity team based in New York. He focuses on Services and Software, and has been involved in 3i’s investment in arrivia as well as the RedWeek and Personify transactions.

Prior to 3i, Saty was a Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where he advised corporate and private equity clients in North America and Europe. 

During his graduate studies, he gained internship experience in private equity with Cerberus Capital Management and Access Holdings, where he was involved in the execution of investments in the consumer and business services sectors. 

Saty received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, his MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and BA with High Honors in Political Science and Philosophy from Swarthmore College.
