Rutger Vos joined 3i in 2015 where he is a Partner in the Benelux Private Equity and global Consumer teams. He is currently involved in 3i’s investments in de VakantieDiscounter, Mepal and Action and serves on the Boards of Mepal and de VakantieDiscounter.

He previously worked on the acquisitions of European Bakery Group, Royal Sanders and the divestment of Refresco.

Prior to joining 3i, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Benelux M&A team in London. He holds an MSc in Finance from Duisenberg School of Finance, a BSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in Economics & Business from VU University Amsterdam.
