Peter joined 3i Germany in 1998. He is a Senior Partner, has led 3i's Private Equity business since April 2019 and is a member of the Investment Committee and the 3i Group Executive Committee.

During his time at 3i, Peter has taken a leading role across more than 15 transactions including Luqom (Lampenwelt), Christ, Scandlines, Amor and MotorenWerkeMannheim (MWM). Further transactions in which Peter has been involved include 3i’s investments in RedWeek, Action, Basic-Fit, NORMA, Hyva and Azelis. Peter currently sits on the Boards of Luqom, WaterWipes and OMS Prüfservice.

Prior to joining 3i, Peter worked for Procter & Gamble and Deutsche Bank.

He holds a degree in Business and Administration from the University of Bamberg.
