Nathaniel joined 3i in 2022 as a member of its European Private Equity team and is based in Paris. He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in the Services sector.

He is a deal team member of Evernex and was also involved in the acquisition of Constellation. 

Before 3i, Nathaniel worked at L.E.K. Consulting, on engagements spanning commercial and vendor due diligence, growth strategy and operational projects. Before that, Nathaniel also worked in Private Equity at PSP investments and in M&A at Société Générale. 

Nathaniel holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris.
