André is a Partner and Head of 3i’s Services & Software sector as well as Managing Director of 3i Germany. He re-joined the firm in 2025, having previously served as a Partner and member of the Private Equity team from 2006 to 2019.

André is currently on the board of xSuite. Between 2019 and 2025, André was a Partner at the Swiss Private Equity firm, Capvis, where he led the Advanced Services & Software sector. Prior to his original tenure at 3i, André was a Senior Manager in Technology and Strategy Consulting at Accenture.

André holds a Degree in Mathematics from the University of Oldenburg and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
