What attracted us
OMS is well positioned for future growth due to its extensive geographic footprint, the increasing digitisation of workplaces and increased outsourcing due to the demand for skilled technicians. Its unique proprietary software platform, INSPEKTRA, enables OMS to digitalise and automate its testing processes, maximising efficiency and allowing the business to optimise its services.
We had been following OMS’ success for some time as it sits at the core of our Services & Software strategy. We are investing to drive further growth in OMS’ core business while exploring new opportunities, such as testing electric vehicle charging infrastructure and photovoltaic installations.
