How we add value
We supported Evernex to secure a European leadership position through the strategic acquisitions of Technogroup (the market leader in DACH and 1/3rd of Evernex's size) and Integra (a leading player in the Benelux region). We complemented the company's strong foothold in MEA with the acquisition of Storex (#1 in South Africa) and in South America with the acqisition of Maminfo (leading player in Brazil). We also helped the company establish a strong presence in the US market through the acquisition of EmconIT, rapidly followed by the acquisition of XSi.
We have supported the development of a clear digitalisation roadmap to further enhance Evernex's tech-enabled proposition and used our Business Leaders Network to appoint two industry leaders as Non-Executive Directors: O. Delrieu (Trescal) and O. de Puymorin (Arkadin).
We have implemented several Active Partnership levers to build a 'One Evernex'. These include in areas such as pricing, salesforce effectiveness, key recruitment and operational optimisation (notably the opening of a new spare part production facility in Mitry).
