Notice of intention to terminate marketing arrangements in relation to Alba European Operational Projects I SCSp (formerly 3i European Operational Projects SCSp)

3i Investments (Luxembourg) SA ceased to be the AIFM of Alba European Operational Projects I SCSp (formerly 3i European Operational Projects SCSp, the “Fund”) on 31 May 2024 and the new AIFM of the Fund is Alba Infra Partners. Pursuant to Article 30-1(1) of the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, 3i Investments (Luxembourg) SA hereby gives notice of its intention to terminate arrangements made for marketing interests in the Fund in all member States of the EU, effective on 31 May 2024.
