How we add value

We have supported Formel D to pursue attractive international growth opportunities, both organically and through acquisition, to up and cross-sell its service portfolio to customers internationally, and have partnered with management to expand the company's higher “value-add” service offering.

We introduced CITIC Capital as an investment partner with a broad network in China and recruited Ralph Heck as Chair via our Business Leaders Network.
