Brita is an ESG Senior Associate in the Private Equity team based in London.

Prior to joining 3i in 2024, Brita spent four years in PwC’s Sustainability practice, across Norway, the UK and the Middle East. She has broad sector experience supporting corporates with setting and implementing sustainability strategies and reporting processes. Brita began her career as an ESG Advisor in the oil and gas sector in Norway.

Brita holds a BA from King’s College London and an MPhil in International Development from the University of Oxford.
